Wood-look tile and luxury vinyl plank are extremely popular here — both handle heat, pets and traffic far better than solid hardwood, and give you the wood look without the maintenance. We'll walk you through the trade-offs honestly rather than pushing the priciest option.
Yes — demolition, haul-away and disposal are included in the quote unless you'd rather handle it yourself. We'll make that clear line-by-line on the estimate.
A single room is often one to two days. A full house of tile can run a week or more, since tile needs setting and grouting time. Custom showers take longer because the waterproofing has to cure properly. We'll give you a realistic schedule with your quote.
